Holiday Video Consultation
Dear Patients,
During our holiday period, we offer a video consultation service for urgent medical matters, exclusively for our existing patients.
Appointments
- Tuesday, 28 July 2026 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, 29 July 2026 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Thursday, 30 July 2026 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Monday, 03 August 2026 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, 05 August 2026 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Thursday, 06 August 2026 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The video consultation takes place via a certified platform meeting the highest data protection and security standards.
How to register
Please send an email to: video@hausarztostbahnhof.de. Please keep your message brief and include:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- The day you wish to attend the video consultation
It is not possible to book a specific time slot. You will receive a link and your personal access code via email on your requested day between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
On the day of your video consultation
After opening the link and entering your personal access code, you will enter the virtual waiting room. Please remain there until you are called. Depending on the number of registrations, waiting times may occur. All patients who have received an access code will be seen on that day – even if the video consultation extends beyond 6:00 PM.
Important Note
Participation is only possible with your camera turned on. This is the only way we can verify your identity and ensure that you are the registered person.
