Starting in October 2026, we will be offering regular video consultations.

Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and
Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You can already book an appointment for a video consultation via our online appointment booking tool.

Please note the following information before booking your appointment:

• Video consultations are available exclusively to patients who are already receiving treatment at our practice. New patients are kindly asked to attend the practice in person for their first appointment.
• To take part in a video consultation, you will need an internet-enabled device with a working camera and microphone.
• Not every medical concern is suitable for a video consultation. If a physical examination or further diagnostic testing is required, we will ask you to attend the practice for an in-person appointment.
• In urgent cases outside our regular practice hours, please contact the medical on-call service (Ärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst) on 116 117. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call the emergency medical services on 112.
• After booking your appointment, you will first receive a confirmation email. Shortly before your appointment, you will receive a further email containing the access link.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel it in good time (no later than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment).
• We kindly ask for your understanding that, in the event of repeated failure to attend appointments without prior notice, we reserve the right to discontinue further treatment at our practice.
